Frédéric has started his career working for major companies (Adecco, SPSS, IBM) mainly in senior business development roles. He went into the entrepreneurship world as of 2005 and never stopped building and growing businesses in the HR sector since then – he is now partnering with James Caan in this Dragon Republic fantastic journey.

Gabriella is a seasoned recruiter with nearly a decade of professional experience and has worked across projects for well-recognized and prestigious companies, which belong to a wide range of sectors including the financial industry, commercial & operational companies, and beyond. She has a proven track record of successfully recruiting top Executives and Senior professionals for Finance, Legal, Tax, Sales & Marketing, and more.

Since discovering her innate talent for identifying top-tier talent in 2015, Gabriella has honed her skills and expertise to a level of mastery, allowing her to artfully source, meticulously interview, and skillfully negotiate on behalf of her clients with the utmost finesse. Gabriella's approach is both personalized and strategic, as she values building long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

She leverages her vast network and utilizes the latest recruitment technologies to ensure that she finds the best talent in the market. She is also a great communicator and always keeps her clients updated throughout the recruitment process, providing them with valuable insights and advice.

Passionate about the world of new and old technologies, as well as the constant evolution of our society, Achille is in charge of the contract business line of the company.

Trained in development since high school, technologies such as Java, JS, Data, Microsoft, Cyber security, as well as AI, could have been part of his future, but human relations and selling various products are Achille's main strengths.

Thanks to his various professional experiences on the other side of the hemisphere, he has perfected his ability to understand people and their needs.

When the world of recruitment opened up to him, the search for freelancers and dynamic processes only seemed to be destined. He will do everything to bring people with the same values and vision to meet each other, wherever they are.

Virginie Scuvée is a Coach whose style creates a unique coaching experience. She is kind with her clients, but without compromise when it comes to addressing their problems. Virginie is successful with leaders at all levels, due to her top-level experience in the executive search realm and her straightforward way of interacting.

Coaching clients since 2010, Virginie’s experience includes working with private individuals as well as various industries, including financial institutions. Specific areas of expertise are attracting & retaining people, through Team Coaching (Motivation & Engagement), Leadership Development (Develop, Anchor & Percolate a Vision), Career management (Internal Mobility, Outplacement, Skills Assessments).  Emotional Intelligence is at the heart of her practice. She has authored several articles for the website Kumquat and for LinkedIn.

Previous professional roles include senior research consultant a renowned International Executive Search Company, ranked N°1 worldwide, where she handled highly sensitive top management recruitment at the senior and board levels. Virginie also trained, mentored, and coached her international team of researchers.

For four years, she helped trainers teach aspiring coaches at Coaching Ways, International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) and General Secretary for ICF Luxembourg Chapter.

Virginie holds a master’s degree in translation from University of Mons, Belgium. In addition, she is PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentialed and certified in individual and business coaching from Coaching Ways, ICF ACTP. Her experience in coaching reaches over 2500+ hrs. She is also NLP Practitioner, SISEM Career Management & Leadership Practitioner, Situational Leadership (Ken Blanchard Coaching) coach, Certified in Train the Trainer and in Metaprofiles and will soon be credentialed in Integral Systemic Restructuration (Alexandre Nadeau, Qc).

Her native language is French and she can comfortably coach in English. In her spare time, Virginie practices Krav Maga and Functional Training, HIT, jogging and enjoys writing.

As Chairman, James takes an active role in the investment process, working closely with the Recruitment Entrepreneur team to support you and your company. His hands-on approach enables entrepreneurs to learn from his considerable experience in founding and scaling recruitment businesses.

With nearly 30 years’ business development and management experience, Greg develops our operational strategy and supports Dragon Republic with increasing sales performance and attracting the right talent to join them in the portfolio.

Greg assists Dragon Republic with setting their sales and business development strategy and ensuring the latest tools and infrastructure are successfully adopted and implemented.

Angus is responsible for the investment and finance activity. His time is mostly spent helping with growth strategies and value creation, structuring and executing deals for new investments and preparing for exit.

Angus has 15 years of managerial and board-level experience in businesses across a wide variety of sectors. He is a qualified accountant and holds a degree from Newcastle University and an MBA from Cass Business School.

Tom leads the Marketing Team and has over 15 years in senior management and marketing roles. He has vast experience in managing marketing strategy, integration and brand development of multiple business and acquisitions in fast paced, high growth businesses.

Tom and his team oversee Dragon Republic, and individual portfolio businesses; marketing operations, strategy, brand and communications to help achieve maximum awareness for scalable growth and ROI.
